چکیده

Wastewater from abattoirs in some countries is disposed of into water bodies without adequate removal contaminants. Therefore, the use wastewater fish production could pose a serious risk for humans, and other aquatic organisms due to possible transfer pathogenic bacteria culture environments. The aims present study were assess levels individual microorganisms different tissues common carp determine any correlation with season sampling type analysed sample reared an integrated system that used purified abattoir. A pond was filled mostly abattoir, but also partly well water. Carp fingerlings stocked earthen fishpond March ambient conditions. Fish collected spring autumn following year microbiological quality assessed. fillets skin, gills digestive tract samples individually under aseptic All analyses performed according standard procedures. all examined prescribed hygiene norms. Also, Listeria spp., sulphite-reducing clostridia Staphylococcus aureus not found samples. Furthermore, bacteria, Salmonella monocytogenes isolated hygienic produced waste abattoir acceptable, meat safe human consumption.

Bacterial ecology of abattoir wastewater treated by an anaerobic digestor.

Wastewater from an anaerobic treatment plant at a slaughterhouse was analysed to determine the bacterial biodiversity present. Molecular analysis of the anaerobic sludge obtained from the treatment plant showed significant diversity, as 27 different phyla were identified. Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Thermotogae, Euryarchaeota (methanogens), and msbl6 (candidate division) were the...

Characteristics and Disposal Options of Sludges from an Oil Refinery Wastewater Treatment Plant in Iran, 2013

Background & Aims of the Study: Industrial wastewater sludges must be disposed in a safe way because they have hazardous effects on the human and environment. The aim of this study is to investigate the physicochemical characteristics and disposal options of sludges from oil-water separator (OWS) and dissolved air flotation (DAF) clarifier of a Refinery wastewater treatment plant. Neurofuzzy Control Strategy for an Abattoir Wastewater Treatment Process

In this paper a neurofuzzy control strategy, composed by a neural observer and a fuzzy supervisor, for an anaerobic wastewater treatment process is proposed. The neural observer is based on a recurrent high order neural network (RHONN) which is trained by an extended Kalman filter. The main objective of the observer is to estimate methanogenic biomass, which is employed by a fuzzy supervisor. T...
